Wipro Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It was great experience. They were focused on my communication skills and my problem solving skills. But it was very smooth and great. The difficulty level was average. And interviewer were very nice and sweet.

Short and easy. All the questions were to the point and basic questions were asked. Would suggest to keep calm and just answer like you're talking to another person. Don't rush into your answers and don't be nervous, be calm and answer slowly. Be honest and do not lie about anything.
