Interview
Following submission of CV and initial screening an invite was extended to arrange level 1 interview.
Level 1 interview was conducted by four international consultants logging in at interview online room from different places.
Level 2 interview was conducted by higher ranking manager.

Question 1
Level 1 interview: Diversity of questions including personal experience and theory (political economy, economics, law).
Level 2 interview: more demanding with questions on case studies. At the end of level 2 interview a written assignment was handed out with the request to complete it within 2 days.
