I applied online and 2 months later I received an invitation email for an online written exam. I took the exam, 1 month later I had a phone interview with 3 interviewers.

The first stage in the selection process is whereby all the shortlisted candidates or applicants are required to go through a walk-in Written Test Interview which takes about 2 hours to complete. The candidates that pass the written test will then proceed to the second stage which is the oral interview,
