It took 1 month to complete the process. After submitting my CV and cover letter, I was invited to a 30 min interview. There were two senior people in the panel. They asked about my past experiences and questions about the region that the position will be based in.

The interview was well organized. It was via skype and included a 5-member panel who were friendly. Both general and technical questions were asked. The tone was friendly, interview was in English and they asked one last question in French.
