Received notification that I would be doing an interview via email. The interview was for the following day and was online via zoom. The interview was fairly informal and more of a discussion.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your experience relevant to this position,
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at World Health Organization in Apr 2023
Interview
I applied for the role in March 2023 and received a first-round interview invite 1 week after.
2 weeks after that, I had the actual 1st round interview (conducted online).
Despite reaching out requesting information on the decision timeline weeks later, I received no response (at this stage it was very obvious to me that I was unsuccessful).
Over 2 months after I conducted the interview I finally received a "system-generated message" from a no-reply email address stating that I had not been selected.

If you are shortlisted for the position, they will offer a written test and interview. The written test is technical and specific to the job. I would suggest doing some studying in advance to the relevant position.
