X Developer interview questions

First round: Online coding interview Second round: Online coding interview Final round (onsite): System design interview, two additional coding interviews, technical presentation and a hiring manager chat The process overall took more than a month. Several interviews were postponed last minute (twice), and two interviewers didn’t show up until I contacted HR to follow up. I was able to solve all the technical questions, but was ultimately rejected with “communication issues” cited as the reason. This feedback felt vague, especially since the interviewers were mostly silent during the sessions and didn’t ask follow-up questions. Honestly, I left with the impression that the communication issues may have been on their side. I hope they improve both the candidate experience and internal coordination moving forward.

Applied online from an ad on that I saw on Twitter. Received email from a recruiter 2-3 weeks later for some follow up information. Interview scheduled a few days after that. Recruiter provided wrong information on what the interview was going to be about.
