Interview
I had two phone interviews, one with a recruiter and one with another executive assistant, that were very similar with a focus on discussing the contents of my resume. Both interviewers were extremely nice and both interviews went very well. The next step of the interview process will be to meet face to face.

Interview
2 month ago I sent an application for the position of Executive Assistant to the Twitter in Boston. The day after the person who had the job at the time emailed me and scheduled a phone interview for the next day. We spoke and it went very well. She said she liked me very much and will definitely have someone from HR call me to schedule an in person interview. She mentioned that the HR person is on leave and she will be back after 3 weeks so I shouldn't be expect a call before that. After a month passed and I never heard back, I decided to follow up on the interview. The email to this person was undelivered because her account has been suspended! I checked her twitter profile and she has been posting about last day at work and moving to San Francisco. I send an email to the HR and told them the story. No one ever got back to me. I feel humiliated. No one even cared to send me an apology and the person interviewed me on the phone made a fool of me. I am not sure if I ever want to work in such a company that they don't care about people's feeling. I was just interested in that position because I wanted a more challenging job. Other than that I have a perfect job in a company that respect their employees.

Interview
Had a phone interview with HR rep. Pretty short. I think just a prelim interview to make sure I am not crazy. Didn't seem super interested in what I had to say. Also didn't have too much info about the role. Though the rep was very helpful with general company info.
