Got interviewed by a junior member of staff, never heard anything back after it. Thought interview went well, only through constant badgering of the recruiter did I get a reply to say they weren't taking it forward.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at X in Dec 2018
Interview
Was contacted by Twitter HR over email, inviting for a video call/interview.
call was more of role familiarization and round of get to know you.
At the end i was informed, due to Holiday closure setting in(Dec-2018), they will set up follow up discussion in the upcoming month, i.e. January.
However nothing came in. When followed couple of times with the Twitter requiter, was briefed "We are yet to receive the hiring manager's feedback, will let you know as soon as we hear from him"
its been now 3 months!

Interview
Much faster and more organized than other companies I've talked to which helped a lot. 1 month from recruiter outreach to offer including Thanksgiving in the middle. Everyone I talked too from recruiter to interviewers were professional and
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn with call a couple days later, call with the HM the next week (Thanksgiving was in the middle). Was asked for available days to come in for onsite interviews a couple hours after that interview which was scheduled for later the next week. Offer came the week after. Onsites were tough, almost 5 hours of back to back interviews (including lunch) but great people.
