Applied online, later scheduled a video phone call with an engineering manager. The moment we connected to the video chat he seemed very arrogant and disinterested.
He talked about himself then proceeded to ask me questions such as my experience and projects. During me talking he repeatedly yawned when I gave my responses and ultimately ended the talk after 15 minutes. Got a rejection mail the day after.
Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
