X Technical Recruiter interview questions

Was asked questions about what I liked/disliked about my first job. This was 10 years ago and was completely not relevant. I felt that there was a lot of borderline psychological behavioral questions which was completely exhausting. I am not a fan of this style of interviewing. *** Twitter is reflective of our users, and that our workplace and the decisions we make about it are equally inclusive (from twitter). My interview panel was 5 people that were all the same race, hardly diverse. Got on the phone with recruiter only to be told I was not a "culture fit".
