I’m not sure how they evaluate or filter candidates, or what specific criteria they consider during the selection process.

What can you say about the partnership structure of Yapı Kredi?
First there was a general aptitude and English test, after you pass that, you get to select the department you want to work for, after that you have a one-on-one interview with the head of the department you will be interning for where they explain the position to you and generally ask you to describe yourself, no technical questions.
