Sending video. They created an online interview process. However, after you are solving test questions which take almost an hour, they make you send a video that you answer their questions.

The meeting was held via Teams, and the department manager and one HR representative attended. It lasted around 15-20 minutes. Firstly, it began with describing myself, later my motivations, my school schedule, and how I can maintain both school and internship during the semester.
