Interview
I applied online. About after 1 week, an email reached me from a recruiter. It was hard to decide the schedule of the phone interview because of the time difference and their busy schedule that often travel overseas on business. They were very flexible and kind. They explained about job details, and I took an interview about my current job responsibility. It was a common interview. (interview in English)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at YouTube in Nov 2018
Interview
First interview was with a recruiter who reached out to me through LinkedIn. Typical interview where I talked about myself and my experience, as well as had the chance to ask some questions.
The second interview was with a software engineer. The coding challenge had to be done in Google doc. Question was fair I expected it to be a lot more difficult but was amazed that it was pretty average. After i finished the problem I had to give the time and space complexity of my algorithm. In all i thought the interview was fair. Still haven't received an answer on whether I am moving on to the next stage.
