The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Zara (Mission Viejo, CA) in May 2011
Interview
I applied for the position but did not hear back for months. Finally, I called the actual store at the location I had applied to. The manager answered, I told her I was interested in a job, she asked me some questions, and within a few minutes she asked me to come interview. When I arrived we had a casual interview and I filled out some forms. By the next day she called to tell me I was hired
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There weren't any difficult questions. She asked if I knew the origin/history of the brand and why I wanted to work there. It was a piece of cake.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
