I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (Brisbane) in Jun 2017
Interview
It was a reasonably small group interview with only 5 other people. The manager spent most of the time explaining the requirements of the position and giving us sufficient background information the Zara brand, before proceeding to ask us all 3 or 4 really simple questions each and then asked about our availability, stores we could work at etc. We weren't asked to do any group role plays. The manager was lovely and the experience was overall really stress-free and a positive experience. The manager asked for questions at the end, be sure to ask something (anything! You can tell they really appreciate it) because it shows you are interested and engaged. I asked the manager what the process was like for her growing from sales assistant to manager, and what qualities are needed for someone to really excel in the position. I received a job offer about a week and 2 days later.
