I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I applied by filling in an application at the store. A week later I got a phone call from the manager for an interview. I came wearing all black because their associates usually dress in blacks. The manager was very friendly and took me into her kind of office, I'm not sure if it was her office. She asked basic stuff like previous jobs and expected salary and hours. She talked a lot so I didn't have to do much talking.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
