I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Mississauga, ON) in Oct 2018
Interview
It was a fairly easy process. I was told by a friend that worked there that they had a group interview the next day. I showed up the next day and only one other person came. The place was busy and was short of employees. The interview was taken on a random bench at the mall. Two managers interviewed us. They were very straightforward and made it easy for us to transition to our answers. They asked only 3 questions. In the end, they hired me and the other girl on the spot.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
