Group interview with 16 people. They presented on Zara quickly. Then we talked to the person next to us and had to introduce them to the group. After that we were split into small groups and assigned a scenario we had to act out. Lastly, we were all given 1 question on a card and could only look at it when it was our turn to answer.

What was the most important thing you learned from your previois role? Why was it important?
It was a group interview it was very chill. We mostly did role-plays knowing more about Zara/index as a company. And learned about more of what a sales assistant is in Zara.

Online 30min group interview on Teams with 6 people incl. the interviewer. Perth, WA.
Questions were:
- Tell us about yourself and your past work experience
- What is your availability and what do you like most about customer service?
This is a group interview. Begin by introducing the brand and asking participants if they have any knowledge about it. Then, divide the participants into pairs (2-on-2 groups). Each participant should introduce themselves to their group member, followed by introducing their group member in front of everyone. Afterward, randomly select scenario-based role-play topics, assign them to groups, and let the participants act them out.
