The interview process was fairly brief, but come dressed in your best outfit. Also, make sure to be yourself and smile:). If its a group interview: make sure to participate and show them what you know without being interruptive or rude. If the interview is 1:1, make sure to remain confident and change the answers to be more conversational,

It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
