Went to a job fair in a hotel in New York City and had a group interview. I'm assuming they interviewed a group once a hour. About 20-25 young people (mostly women) showed up in stylish atire. Divided into a groups of 8 and the store manager asked us about two questions each about our availability and why we want to work for Zaras. Answered as detailed as possible. Said they will get back to us via phone call the next day.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
