Really nice staff who made you feel comfortable, super easy interview process. The hiring process did not take long at all. Was hired within a few weeks. Zara interviews examine candidates for knowledge of industry trends, product lines, and retail sales and operations, in general. Conversation then moves on to personal and professional experiences, with interview questions probing for multitasking skills and customer service abilities.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
