I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Zara (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2011
Interview
Group interview, 6 out of 8 girls got hired. Very efficient .. I got called back the same day and asked to come in for training the next day. The interview manager was really sweet, It was the eaton centre location, so we had to find a discrete location in the mall to conduct interview. Honestly, it was prompt, and quick. I always wanted to work for Zara and that is why i went prepared, so I wasn't nervous. Best advice is to smile and be confident. Wear black and keep makeup and hair simple
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
