I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (Century City, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
Picked up application in store, returned a few days later to drop it off. The manager wasn't in, so they said someone would call me soon. A few days later a manager called and set up an interview for the next week. I went to the store a little before I was scheduled to interview and the manager said that they had no idea what I was talking about. I waited for almost an hour before the manager gave me a short interview.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
