I passed first stage and had to meet with a store manager. Mnager was friendly, let me walk around the shop before interview, not much unexpected questions, just basic retail questions, Tell me about yourself? how you keep up to date with fashion? What is trendy now? How would you deal with rude customer? What do you know about zara? What can you bring to us? why do you want to work for zara? What is your biggest accomplishment at work? etc
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
