It was mainly a group interview, but we also had short 1on1s, less than 5 minutes with 2 representatives. You had to present yourself, motivate your decision to join the company, if you're into fashion, about the latest trends and also about your availability for the job.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
