Spoke to the head manager. The interview was one on one. She asked me some questions about my work ethic and how I would handle things on the sales floor.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
