I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Zara (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2015
Interview
Very quick. Went it for an open interview was seen quickly. Meet with the managers of the departments that would hopefully be working in. Everyone was very friendly and eager to answer questions. It was fairly informal of a process of just chatting but it helped me to see who they were however didn't give a great sense of what their management style was like.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
