Applied in the store, got a phonecall the following day. Interview was in person with one of the store managers. The interview itself was very easy, got the job the same week I have applied.

Standard retail questions. Why do you want to work there, previous experience, what can you bring to the company, how would you solve the X problem.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
