was told there was no interview, that it would be an informal session. Glad i did some background homework on company (researched current news/trends/how it operates). watched 2 Inditex interviews. Was asked questions/what know about Inditex/Zara. Called to the front of the room where 4 staff-members called out names and interviewed each person. Were about 20 candidates.

Why zara? what can you bring to the firm? Any holidays booked? Availability? When can you start? which brand you prefer to work for? which department (ladieswear/menswear/kidswear) you prefer?
It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them

Interview process is fair and smooth. Applied online, resume shortlist and then group video interview. 8-9 candidates in group and HR from Australia will take interview rounds . Interview questions were about basic real life incidents
