Interview
Took place at Inditex recruitment centre. first there was a "group interview". They put on two films about Inditex, you watch them, than they ask some questions about the films and the company. Second part is one on one interview. They call you up and give you three minutes to introduce yourself and answer their questions. Nothing scary. All very easy. Be yourself and show them that you have a lot of energy and willingness to work for them.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.
