Generic questions that make it difficult to stand out from other candidates so it’s hard to tell what makes them choose you , felt very impersonal and cold, I think it’s because there is not a lot of customer service in zara stores
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
