The Zara interview was pretty straightforward. The questions were mainly about your previous experience, how you handle customers, and your flexibility. The vibe was relaxed, but they still wanted to see if you could fit in with their fast-paced environment.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
