Interview
I took around a week. I applied online. They called me after couple of days and asked to come to head quarters for a group interview. Then we had a video about Zara/Inditex. They asked us a couple of questions so it's good if you will do some research. Then we had a 1-to-1 interview. They called me on the same day saying I can start working the day after (some of my colleagues had an interview in a shop as well but I did not).

- flexibility of course (they mostly want people who are fully flexible for part time position (20h) almost everyone starts like that.
Group Interview. About 10minutes for 8-10 candidates. They asked about past experience and about if you are interested in fashion and what you know about the brand. They let everyone talk for about 5 minutes.

It was a group interview and I started off introducing the person next to me then I had to do a few multiple choice questions then it was team work activities.
