I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Zara (Honolulu, HI) in Jan 2021
Interview
The interview process was very relaxed, with basic questions around educational background, why you want to work there, and how interested you are in fashion. The manager I interviewed with was very kind and even though I hesitated when I was asked how I would style an outfit based on a customer's preferance, as long as you show effort and willingness to learn, you're in.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
