Zara Cashier/Sales Associate interview questions

I handed my CV into a sales associate in store. 2 days later I received a phonecall to say i'd been invited to a group interview. I dress smart but casual as thats the style of Zara itself. I was about 15 minutes early and walked into a room wig 2 other candidates and there were around 11 seats. After waiting for other candidates for about 10 minutes we were greeted by the managers of the mens and women's store. They were both lovely and welcoming which mad things less awkward. We were asked about what we knew about the company, what is expected of us and then we were put into groups and had to suggest why an item of the previous year didnt sell and what we would do to try and make it sell. Afterward we were filled in about potential contracts, training and all other 'need to knows' if we were hired.we then had to fill in our availability and clothes sizes. We were told to wait at least 2 weeks if we didn't receive a call then we were not successful. I was called for another interview 4 days later. The next day i went in for an interview with the store managers which was 1:1 . It was basically checking my availability and asking if i had worked in retail before and if i could do night shifts. The next day i was offered a position! Cant wait to start

Went in for the open house interview and was the first one there. They had me fill out a short application and interviewed me right away after that. Just a few basic questions and then i asked them questions, i think they liked that. Got called a few hours later saying I got the job! Very happy and excited.
