Zara Manager interview questions

Interview was somewhat below standard, expected a much more organized operation yet found myself consummed in chaos.

Go to head office-interviewed by regional manager, worked with company already so knew the inner workings of it. Had a 40min-1 hour interview on procedures of the company and typical scenarios and how best to deal with them. Had to prepare a business plan for 1 year and a SWOT analysis.
