I walked into the location with a resume, and immediately had a casual interview on the spot with the supervisor. The store called me the next day to tell me to come in and have an interview with the manager. That interview was far more formal, with questions focussing on the latest fashion trends as well as questions about the company itself. Definitely more rigorous than your average retail interview.

Handed resume to manager in store, called a few days later to schedule interview. Always drop off your resume during a quiet time at the store, for example, weekday mornings. The interview itself was a short group interview. Informal, conversational questions. Easy interview, just be sure to show your enthusiasm and personality. Offered a position at the end of the interview.

I was told to attend group interview and there were 10-12 people for the interview room.
the manager asked general questions about inditex
and showed us video and gave us a clothes for each small group and asked to answer why you think it's not selling at the moment and what can be the solution for it.
then gave us a partner and let us talk for 2minutes and explain about partner to the manager.
I got a call after 2weeks and the woman asked my visa type and she said she'll call me soon but she didn't
