I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Zara (Greenwich, CT)
Interview
Filled out application, was called back for an interview. The interview was very laid back and didn't seem to follow a specific guideline. It was basically a conversation where the manager asked me of my previous retail experience and my interest in fashion. It's kind of up to you, as the interviewee, to link everything back to Zara. You must have a sense of fashion. MUST. Know your personal style, know designers who exude this style, know trends of the season and do research about the company. If you're already involved in fashion, this is an easy interview...if not, know what you're getting yourself into.

Question 1
All questions related to fashion. I already am familiar with the fashion industry to nothing threw me off-guard.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Zara (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied on the JoinFashion website in September, the website was in Spanish so I used Google Translator (wasn't difficult). I applied for about 3 locations through the online application. I got a call on the 14th October asking to come in for their selection process at headquarters on Regent street for the 15th October. Went to headquarters, and was asked to fill in an application form (normal application form questions, nothing major). There was already a lot of people sitting in the room filling out application forms before I got there. A lady then walked in and asked for our passport copies and CV (which we were asked to bring). Everyone then went into another room where there was a big screen. Another lady walked in who worked for JoinFashion and first asked what we knew about the company, just make sure to do your research and put your hand up a lot. Then she showed a short(ish) video of Inditex and asked us again what we know about the company. Then she asked about what we think it will be like working in store, showed the video and then asked again (same process as first question). If you hadn't filled in application form you were given time to fill it in before going through it with someone from the company, I finished mine first and the 1-to-1 was at the front of the room in front of all the other people, she asked me my availability how I keep up to date with fashion what Inditex brand am I most familiar with and why do I like that brand - really basic questions. she said if youre selected you'll hear within 2 weeks and then onto stage 2.
I received an email like a week later saying ive passed the 1st stage they'll tell me when a vacancy matches my preferences and that they were still interviewing other people. The email was confusing because it meant you're selected but we're looking for more people, so I called up, and the lady on the phone explained that i'll be on the system for 6 months until they find a job that matches my preference. Anyway so I got a call for a manager interview on 18th November asking to come in the next day. The manager was the only one in the department at the time I went, so I had to wait for about 20 minutes before she interviewed me. After the interview I got a call in 2 hours that I got the job and to had to come and sign the contract and then to start next Monday.
