i applied online by emailing my resume. I got a call the next day to come in for an interview. The interview took about 10 minutes. I was asked about my availability, my past experience and current trends. They called me 2 days later to come in for a second interview. When i got there, i was introduced to some of the staff, the manager explained the details of the job and hired me.
