Zara Sale Associate interview questions

Apply in person and 2 weeks later they called me interview twice, then i got job after 1 day via phone, background check took 2 weeks and i started my job with quick training with supervisor and another employee

Summary: I applied in person with confidence. Was asked to come back in for an interview the next day. The interview was very casual. The questions were still pretty serious, but it didn't feel like an interrogation at all. Details: The female manager took me outside the store and had me sit down with her on a bench side by side. She went through my cover letter/resume and the application I wrote out. We talked for a bit and I was asked fairly basic interview questions. Got a call 15 minutes later on my way home and she told me I got the job. Great interview process, but it all varies on who the manager is/which store you're applying to.
