Interview
Standard application form, CV etc. Then there were a few abstract aptitude test, if you don't get distracted by the format and focus on the problem you should be fine. This was followed by a video interview. Assessment centre consisted of a standard motivational interview with 2 interviewers, an individual case study in front of a panel, a group exercise and then a round of quick-fire questions

Why Zurich? Why Finance? Challenges facing the insurance industry?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zurich Insurance (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England) in Oct 2024
Interview
Over the phone interview, starting with core competency questions and then followed by detailed scenarios. There were 2 interviewers who handled different sections accordingly, and it lasted about 45 minutes

First had to go through with a maths test which was good , then had a video interview and a sort of job type situation multiple choice question along with data to analyse and an email to write up .

Wasn't too bad and it was a competency/strength based questions for the video interview. First I had to wait for the reply after submitting CV for a few weeks then got invited for the video interview.
