The most difficult question that i received during the process was "What makes me stand out from all the other applicants that are trying for the position?". I didn't know how to respond because never being in this kind of field before (an office setting) I wasn't sure what made me stand out.
There was not one. I was supposed to get a follow up email or call from an office closer to where I stay but no one has contacted me. I reached out to them for follow up and the person who answered the phone did not know how to direct me.

The question was how do you handle customers when the voice and data network has an outage that last 24 hours? That's a hard one to answer if you never been through it.
If offered a position with the company what is a quality you could contribute to the organization.
