Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult account?
None, out of the many people interviewing, we where all being offered positions. As if everyone who isn't really strange gets hired.

What was your favorite childhood toy? I later found that she asks this question because it gives insight into what that person really enjoys doing.. ie: Legos=building things from scratch
Because the position was for collection for Trama patients, did I feel comfortable with that? I would need to talk to spouses, mothers of children who died, stabbings, gunshots,car accidents, surgeries needed to extend life, attorneys that handled death benefits, courts on estates, legal aspects of suing patients and or their familes etc.. was I comfortable with that? Was I a team player? Could I work independently, did I take pride in my work?
they asked about my education and experience. They mostly seemed interested in my personality and how I worked with others. They seem to have a very tight knit staff.
Q. Can you commit to 6 weeks with this company to gain the proper training and guidance to see if you will be successful?
