Asked to do an unrelated task beforehand to present in the first interview. Totally unacceptable to ask any candidate to prepare and present an interview task when they have no intention of actually hiring the role.
Weird scenario questions may throw you for a loop... Sometimes you may give them examples but they insist on asking irrelevant "pre-programmed" follow up questions.. (like really!).
