At the beginning of the interview everybody in the room starts by telling the group about yourself (What you're currently doing, What your interests are etc.) After that we all got told information on what it's like working for the company and then the room was asked if anybody knew any facts about the company's history so it's a good idea to do a bit of research. Then were put into groups of four to create our 'ideal' sales assistant and what traits they would have. Finally, to end the interview was the hot seat. Here we had 30 seconds to essentially show the company why they should hire us and what we can bring to the company.
