The team gave a very healthy grilling on some technical subject matter scenarios, but honestly that is to be expected for the role I was being auditioned for.
Intuitive wants high-energy people with a record of achievement, but who are also humble and can operate well in the company's culture. Questions were generally standard in terms of explaining examples of solving problems in the past and outlook on interacting with parts of the business where there could be conflict. Mostly this process aimed at determining if the personality would fit well within the group - the qualification piece wasn't something that they asked much about. It was more about soft skills vs. hard skills.
