There is a strong emphasis on the history, the recent changes in tuition costs and what the alumni organization is doing to change things for the better. I can't recall all of the questions, but definitely be in the know.
What do you look for in a work environment?
"How did you influence a change within your organization, but across groups?" A reasonable question for a matrixed organization. Articulating an answer in professionally acceptable language, and in a realistically efficient timeframe was challenging.
