There 1st round was to solve a problem related to HR (a problem statement would be given and candidate would be required to provide the possible solutions on a sheet of paper given). Once completed, we were required to present the solutions in front of a panel in a conference room which had the other candidates who applied in my group/slot. The problem statements were not the same to the other candidates in the room, all had a unique problem to solve. Once selected in this round, the next round was with the hiring manager.

For HireVue, expect 5 questions about the company. I had questions that asked why I wanted to work at JPM & why I wanted to work as an HR analyst. They also asked many group-based questions like how you work in a team and times you've made a mistake, then how you fixed it. Be prepared to speak on times you've dealt with communications differences in a team, working in tight timelines, and collaborating with different divisions to complete a project.
