Instead I was asked things like 'how long does something like this take you to make?' which is code for 'we're slave drivers and overwork our team'. I did not get to meet the entire art team, which was a missed opportunity for Medium and for me.

I was asked about how I work with others and about a time where I had to work with a difficult colleague or direct report.
