It was an entry-level position, so most of the questions were pretty basic. Wiley doesn't have aggressive employees, so you're not going to be deliberately asked oddball questions.
Grammar and spelling test. Excel test. Hour long interview with two managers asked what I thought the job entailed and about how different roles worked together. Then lots of behavioural questions.

There really were no difficult or unexpected questions. "Where do you see yourself in five years" is a bit difficult simply because the truthful answer is, "Who the hell knows?"
